Carrick Silverridge decides to go ring shopping for Myo Songprawati, taking Shivon Silverridge & Lyla Silverridge. While they find many rings they decide on this one

The Duel at High Noon
The group then goes to a the duel of Casimir Ramirez & Lady Emily Cazino For the trial of Baroness Penelope Durand vs Timoté Durand it was being officiated by Louis Covinggard. Casimir Ramirez wins but has a shattered rib. As Louis Covinggard writes the document giving Penelope Durand the win, as she gets it she stabs and kills Timoté Durand.
Advice from a New Family Member
Shivon Silverridge & Lyla Silverridge go to talk to Soverighn Ides Lev Tarasovich, about the Taunya Bennet problem. Soverighn Ides Lev Tarasovich prefers House Montmier being public and having a reason to stay noble vs the Red Spot becoming a terrorist group if they are forced to be in the shadows.
The Treaty of Fire and Waves
Shivon Silverridge & Carrick Silverridge go looking for Count Daniel Whitestar and find that they are in the library of Pearstone, when they arrived they see the dukes of Whitestar, Silverridge & Almirn. They are signing the document that will become the Treaty of Fire and Waves.
The Treaty of Fire and Waves
On this day the 23rd day of Rainmarrow three great dukes agree to the following.
Act One: Carrick Silverridge and Myo Songprawati first female born heir will inherit the titles and power of the domain of Silverridge.
Act Two: Timothy White-star and Shivon Silverridge first male born heir will inherit titles and power of the domain of Whitestar.
Act Three: These children or the children who would inherit, if a child is found unable to have children will marry. Their union at the youngests 18th's nameday will form the Archdutcy of Silverstar.
Act Four: The first male child of this union of the Archdutchy of Silverstar, will marry the highest ranking female Almirn heir at that youngests 18th nameday. At the birth of that union's child, The child will inherit the dutchy of Almirn and unify in to the Kingdom of the East.
Act Five: This treaty is null and void if a child is not born in 5 years after the marriage of anyone named in title or spirit of this Treaty or if a child of the appropriate gender is not born to further the treaty.
Act Six: This treaty is broken if any of it's members fails to come to aid one another if called, or forgive the Bellringer if one of the houses here agresses against one another by act or treaty.
Act Seven: None of these precepts here will be made public to the imperial regime, and in such silence may we not be seen as traitors to our oaths to our leige. If exposed this treaty will be made null and void as we are all supporters of the imperial house who has invested us with the titles we hold today,
Act Eight: All the undersigned, do so with an open heart, and with the desire for unity. If manipulation or lies are found to be it's foundation this treaty will be broken before it began.

Caden Mattix goes to the House Derth encampment and says that Cynog Derth is doing a mission for Silverridge for his knighthood, do not believe the dark rumors about him. Ruiseart MacGille is the leader of the Dearth troops, and is compelled by Caden Mattix to give a word of oath that Conner will not flip flop about Cynog Derth's loyality, and he does. He gives a letter to her for Rory, and when asked to join the crusade he says he will not kill commoners in such a war.

After that Lyla Silverridge takes the letter to Rory and as he opens it he says that the Bellkind have started to summon the creature that was being summoned in Saline.
